CANCELLATION POLICY

At Penrith Periodontics, we are committed to providing high-quality care to all our patients. In the past we have had various cancellations. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, missed appointments or last-minute cancellations can prevent other patients from receiving timely care.

To help us serve everyone better, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 (business) hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please note the following cancellation policy applies if:

• Cancellations made with less than 24 (business) hours' notice, failure to attend a confirmed appointment, or arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total charges for the planned visit.
• Patients with two or more short-notice cancellations may be required to pre-pay in full for future appointments. If such an appointment is missed or cancelled without proper notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
