CANCELLATION POLICY

So that we can provide fair and timely service to all of our periodontitis treatment patients, we require our patients to arrive promptly for their appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice, failure to attend, or arriving more than 15 minutes late can disrupt our practice and impact the care we provide to other patients. While we will send you a courtesy SMS to confirm your appointment, it is ultimately the patient's responsibility to manage their appointment schedule. 

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a cancellation fee that is equivalent to $150.

Patients with a history of two or more cancellations within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be required to pay a $150 cancellation fee. Additionally, they must prepay 100% of the treatment cost as a deposit when booking any future appointments. If the patient fails to attend or cancels the new appointment without proper notice, the deposit will be forfeited.

For surgical treatments, you will incur a cancellation fee that is equivalent to half of the treatment cost.
